Change of Auditor

Webcentral Group Limited ( WCG ) advises that Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd (Grant Thornton) have been appointed as the auditors of WCG with effect from today, 12 January 2021. This appointment follows the resignation of Ernst & Young and ASIC’s consent to same.

The Board’s decision to change auditors was made to appoint an auditor appropriate to the current size of the Webcentral business and to reduce the operating costs of the Company, with Grant Thornton selected given their reputation and experience.

Pursuant to section 329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 and in accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide RG26.59-26.61, the resignation takes effect from the date of this notice.

The Board thanks Ernst & Young for their assistance and services to WCG to date.
