Details of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Melbourne IT Limited will be held on Friday, 27 May 2016 at 11.00 am (AEST) at The Executive Room II, The Westin Melbourne, 205 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria.

In accordance with clause 9.8 of the constitution of Melbourne IT Limited, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is 15 April 2016, being not less than 30 business days before the date of the annual general meeting.
