Acquisition of treasury shares

Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 CINKARNA Celje, d. d.  announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 29 November 2024 up to and including 5 December 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 1,340 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 36,142.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 29 November 2024           500 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.59,

- on 4 December 2024             840 shares at a VWAP of EUR 27.20.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares is attached.

The broker in these transactions was INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 296,094 representing 3.66 % of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 297,434 representing 3.68 % of all shares issued. 

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.cinkarna.si) from 6 December 2024 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
