Telekom Slovenije, d.d., receives lawsuit from A1 Slovenija, d. d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has received a lawsuit from the District Court in Ljubljana filed by A1 Slovenija, d. d., for damages in the amount of EUR 33,683,369.18 plus interest and other charges due to alleged abuse of a dominant position in the wholesale central access market and the wholesale local access market.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will keep shareholders and the public informed of its further actions in this matter.

This announcement will also be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
