Notification on Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial and Supervisory Responsibilities

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation No 596/2014 on Market Abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Journal of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19 and 123/21), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following notification:

Zoran Gračner, Member of the Management Board – Worker Director of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, bought 100 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the symbol PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, at the price of EUR 36.00 per share, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on 17 January 2025, and on 20 January 2025, he bought an additional 100 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the symbol PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, at the price of EUR 37.50 per share, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
