Appointment of Directors of TSmedia and GVO

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., granted its approval on 21 February 2025 for the appointment of Roland Žel as Director of TSmedia, medijske vsebine in storitve, d.o.o., for a four-year term, starting on 1 March 2025.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., granted its approval on 21 February 2025 for the reappointment of Dr. Zef Vučaj, as Director of GVO, gradnja in vzdrževanje telekomunikacijskih omrežij, d.o.o., for a four-year term, starting on 1 September 2025.

This announcement will also be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (www.telekom.si),) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
