Ljubljana, 9 April 2025 – The Supervisory Board has been briefed on the report regarding the conclusion of the lease agreement for storing petroleum products prepared by Law Firm Zaman and partners Ltd. which has established that the Company has suffered material damage; the Supervisory Board has adopted a resolution instructing the Management Board to do everything necessary to be compensated for the actual damage.
