Response to media releases

In response to the various information that appeared in certain media in relation to Petrol d.d., Ljubljana’s announcement of 9 April 2025 about the Supervisory Board being briefed on the legal opinion concerning the conclusion of the lease agreement for storing petroleum products, we additionally clarify that the estimated amount of damage, as arises from the obtained expert opinions, is EUR 11.42 million, regarding which the Supervisory Board instructed the Management Board to carry out all activities to be compensated for the actual damage by the responsible former Management Board members.
