Notification on Important Resolutions of the Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, the company CINKARNA Celje, d.d., Kidričeva ulica 26, 3000 Celje hereby publishes the following information:

The Supervisory Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., adopted resolutions at its meeting held on 15 April 2025 regarding the appointment of the Management Board members for a new term of office.

Aleš Skok was reappointed as President of the Management Board for the term of office from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.

Nikolaja Podgoršek Selič was reappointed as Member of the Management Board – Technical Director for the term of office from 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2027.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website www.cinkarna.si and will remain accessible for at least five years from the date of publication.
