The Audited Annual Report of Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the year 2024

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., approved the Annual Report for the Telekom Slovenije Group and for Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the year 2024 at its 31st regular session, held on Wednesday, 16 April 2025.

The Annual Report is published in the official ESEF format in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 134 of the ZTFI-1 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si),) for at least 10 years after it is published.
