Appointment of Supervisory Board members in GVO, d. o. o., and AVTENTA, d. o. o., and the Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., has approved the appointment of Boštjan Košak, the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., and Irma Gubanec, MSc, Management Board Member of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., for members of the Supervisory Board of GVO, gradnja in vzdrževanje telekomunikacijskih omrežij, d. o. o., for a four-year term, commencing on 21 April 2025. As of this date, the mandates of the current Supervisory Board members, Vesna Prodnik, MSc, and Peter Anžin, will cease.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., has approved the appointment of Boštjan Škufca Zaveršek, MSc, the Vice President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., and Špela Fortin, Management Board Member – Worker Director of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., for members of the Supervisory Board of AVTENTA, napredne poslovne rešitve, d. o. o., for a four-year term, commencing on the date it is entered into the Court Register of Legal Entities.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., has approved the appointment of Boštjan Košak, the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., Boštjan Škufca Zaveršek, MSc, the Vice President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., and Vesna Prodnik, MSc, Management Board Member of Telekom Slovenije, d. d., for members of the Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC, for a four-year term, commencing on 21 April 2025.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
