Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation, CINKARNA Celje, d. d., Kidričeva ulica 26, 3000 Celje, hereby publishes the following notification:

CINKARNA Celje, d.d., which has already published the translated Audited Annual Report of the Company for the year 2024 in PDF format,  hereby also publishes the translated Audited Annual Report for 2024 in ESEF format.

The attached Annual Report is published in the official ESEF format in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 134 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website at www.cinkarna.si as of 22 April 2025, and will remain accessible for a period of at least 10 years.
