Correction: Appointment of Management Board members of IPKO Telecommunications LLC

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

This is a correction to the notification Appointment of Supervisory Board members in GVO, d.o.o., and AVTENTA, d.o.o., and the Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC. This notification corrects the error in the text of the public notification from Friday, 18 April 2025.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has approved the appointment of Boštjan Košak, the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Irma Gubanec, MSc, Management Board Member of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Vesna Prodnik, MSc, Management Board Member of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for members of the Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC, for a four-year term, commencing on 21 April 2025.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
