ANNOUNCEMENT

Sirs,

Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd announces that its subsidiary Alasa Shipping Co. Ltd (shareholding of 55%), owner of merchant vessel "Alasa", has signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of the said vessel. The sale is expected to finalise this month with the Vessel's delivery to the buyers.

The following is also noted:

• (a) The transaction was made on an arm's length basis;
• (b) The said transaction is not related, nor does it affect the interests of the Company's Secretary or designated person under the meaning attributed to this term in Article 137(3) of the Law;
• (c) The counterparty is Taysir Shipping Company, whose seat is in Liberia;
• (d) The transaction does not pertain to the sale of a company and/or business activity but an asset;
• (e) The consideration amounts to \$725,000 which will be received upon the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. upon delivery of the vessel;
• (f) The loss from the sale is estimated at approximately €228,000 and results from the difference between the consideration and the net book value of vessel "Alasa". The loss attributable to the Group, due to minority interest, amounts to €125,400.
