Re: Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held to examine and approve the audited annual Financial Statements for 2024

The Board of Directors of Cosmos Insurance Public Company Ltd (the "Company") will meet on Thursday, 27 March 2025, at 16:30 to examine and approve, inter alia, the Company's audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and set the date for the Annual General Meeting.

The final financial results for 2024 and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
