Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 26 March 2025, to examine the audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The audited financial statements for the Bank of Cyprus Group will be announced on Thursday, 27 March 2025, before market opens, to the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
