BLUE - Board of Directors to meet on 28/4/2025 to approve final 2024 results, payment of dividend and set the AGM date

• 1. Examine and approve the final audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2024.
• 1. Examine the possibility of dividend payment, subject to the shareholder's Annual General Meeting approval.
