ANNOUNCEMENT

Nicosia, 28 April 2025

At its meeting of 28 April 2025, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Limited resolved as follows:

• 1. It examined and approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, attached herewith. Copies of the final accounts, as approved, are available at the Company's head offices, 2 Leonidou & Akropoleos Ave., Strovolos, Nicosia. The Financial Statements are available on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange in European Single Electronic Format – ESEF, at the following link: https://www.cse.com.cy/el-GR/ESEF-Reporting/
• 1. At the Annual General Meeting, it will propose to the shareholders for approval the payment of dividend of €0.01 per ordinary share. The proposed Dividend amounts to a total of €122,120.11.

The dividend to be approved by the Annual General Meeting will be paid to the beneficiary shareholders of the Company registered in the records of the Cyprus Stock Exchange on 27June 2025 (record date). The record of this date will include the transactions finalised by the end of the trading session of 25 June 2025. The ex-dividend date is therefore the 26 th of June 2025. As of this date, the Company's shares will be traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange cum dividend. The proposed date for the payment of dividend is the 24th of July 2025. The exact date for its posting will be announced.

1. The Annual General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, at 5.00 p.m., at the Company's head offices in Nicosia.
