Subject: Financial Results of the Group of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited for the three-month period ended 31st March 2025
Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") announces that, the Board of Directors of the Bank during its meeting held yesterday approved, inter alia, the Financial Results of the Group of Hellenic Bank for the three-month period ended 31st March 2025, and pursuant to the Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, please find attached hereto the Announcement on the Group's Financial Results for the three-month period ended 31st March 2025.
Copies of the Announcement on the Group's Financial Results for the threemonth period ended 31st March 2025, as approved by the Board of Directors, will be available at the Head Office of Hellenic Bank, Corner Limassol Avenue & 200 Athalassas Avenue, Strovolos, Nicosia and uploaded on the Bank's website www.hellenicbank.com.
