Timing of Final Results

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, provides an update regarding its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

While the audit process is substantially progressed, the Company and its auditor require additional time to complete the remaining procedures. As a result, the Company now expects to publish its audited results during the second half of June 2025.
