Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, announces that it was notified that on 16 May 2025, Martina McKenzie, MD, Recruitment Ireland sold  77,313  ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0. 32  per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Martina McKenzie has a resulting notifiable interest in  540,477  Ordinary Shares.
