Notification on Bond Issuance and Admission in Depository Services and Listing on the Official Market

On 23 May 2025, Atlantic Grupa dioničko društvo za unutarnju i vanjsku trgovinu, with its registered office in Zagreb, Miramarska cesta 23, registered with the Court Registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under registration number (MBS): 080245039, OIB: 71149912416, successfully carried out the issuance and admission of bonds, under the services of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc., under the ticker symbol ATGR-O-305A and International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) HRATGRO305A0, bearing a fixed annual interest rate with semi-annual interest payments and bullet principal repayment after five (5) years ("Bonds").

Based on the Decision of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange dated 23 May 2025, the Bonds have been listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, with the first trading day scheduled for 27 May 2025.
