Organisation of the combined Annual General Meeting of April 23, 2025

Eiffage's Combined Annual General Meeting will be held on April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Paris 17th, Salle Wagram, 39-41 avenue de Wagram.

The company encourages its shareholders to use the electronic voting method made available to them via the Votaccess tool.

Shareholders are invited to regularly consult the section dedicated to the Shareholders' Meeting on the Eiffage website (www.eiffage.com/finance/assemblee-generale) where the preparatory documents for the meeting will be posted online.
