Aéroports de Paris SA Terms of availability or consultation of the information mentioned in Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, relating to the combined general meeting of 15 May 2025

The general meeting of shareholders of Aéroports de Paris will be held on Tuesday, May 15th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., at the Maison de la Chimie, 28 bis rue Saint Dominique 75007 Paris.

The preliminary notice of meeting including the agenda and the text of the resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 24th, 2025.

The notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and in the Journal d'Annonces Légales on April 23rd, 2025.

The terms of participation and voting at this meeting are set out in each of these notices.

The brochure of the notice of meeting and the information or documents relating to the general meeting, in particular those referred to in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, can be consulted at the following address : http://www.groupe-adp.com (section Finance / General Meeting / 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders), in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

The documents listed in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code are posted on the company's website at the above address and kept at the disposal of the shareholders in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, and:

• any shareholder holding registered shares may, up to and including the fifth day prior to the meeting, request the company to send them these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of registration in the bearer shares' accounts held by the authorized intermediary.
• Any shareholder may consult these documents at the company's registered office from the date of the notice of meeting and at least during a period of 15 days preceding the date of the General Meeting.
