Publication of the 2024 Universal Registration Document
Infotel, (ISIN code: FR0000071797 - memo: INF), a reference partner in the digital transformation of major accounts in Europe, announces today the publication of its 2024 Universal Registration Document (Document d'Enregistrement Universel 2024), filed with the French Financial Market Authorities, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), on April 25, 2025, under the registration number D.25-0310.
The Registration Document includes the 2024 Annual Financial Report, the sustainability report, the corporate governance report prepared by the Board of Directors, and the conclusions of the statutory auditors. It should be noted that the statutory auditors did not express an opinion on the compliance of INFOTEL's sustainability reporting process with the ESRS.
This Universal Registration Document is a reproduction in PDF format of the official version of the Universal Registration Document established in XHTML format, filed with the AMF on April 25, 2025 and available on the AMF website www.amf-france.org. This reproduction is available on our website www.infotel.com.
Copies of the document are available free of charge at the Infotel headquarters on 18 avenue Léon Gaumont, 75020 Paris. An English translation of the Universal Registration Document will be available on 1 st of June 2025 at the latest.
