Results of the Shareholders' General Meeting of April 30th , 2025

Cergy, April 30, 2025

  • Approval of the 2024 financial statements and a €1 dividend per share;
  • Renewal of the mandates of director of Mrs. Sandrine Téran and Mr. Patrick Jeantet;
  • Appointment of Mrs. Carole Le Gall and Mrs. Mariel Von Schumann as directors;
  • Ratification of the co-optation of Mr. Bertrand Finet as director;
  • Approval of all resolutions.

The quorum was established at 74.39%.

Approval of 2024 Financial Statements

At the Shareholders' General Meeting held on April 30th , 2025, the shareholders approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2024.

Dividend

The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2024 earnings and the distribution of a €0.75 dividend per share to be paid on May 16, 2025 (Ex-Date May 14, 2025), an interim dividend of €0.25 per share having been paid in September 2024.

Appointments

The General Meeting approved:

  • the renewal of the mandates of director of Mrs. Sandrine Téran and Mr. Patrick Jeantet;
  • the appointment of Mrs. Carole Le Gall and Mrs. Mariel Von Schumann as directors; and
  • the ratification of the co-optation of Mr. Bertrand Finet as director.

All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the shareholders.
