## **Peugeot Invest supports the development of Novétude, a leading healthcare education group**

Peugeot Invest is partnering with Charterhouse Capital Partners through a minority investment of approximately €105 million, representing over 19% of the share capital of Novétude.

Novétude is a higher education group specialising in training for paramedical professions, offering accredited degrees in osteopathy, physiotherapy, optics, dental care, and pharmacy.

Peugeot Invest will work with Charterhouse Capital Partners, the majority shareholder, as well as the management team, in accelerating the group's growth as it embarks on a new ambitious phase of development across Europe.

Peugeot Invest will join Novétude's Board of Directors.

**Jean-Charles Douin, Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot Invest, commented:** *"We are delighted to actively support Novétude in developing a pan-European platform dedicated to higher education in healthcare professions. This investment is fully aligned with our strategy of playing a strengthened role of active minority shareholder alongside Charterhouse, Sami Rifai and his management team. Through this investment in Novétude, Peugeot Invest is broadening its exposure to the healthcare sector by supporting an education group directly addressing the growing need for training in healthcare professions."*

*Completion of the transaction is expected in summer 2025, pending necessary regulatory approvals.*
