Statement

Milan – The Board of Directors of Generali has appointed Deloitte Financial Advisory S.r.l. S.B. as financial advisor and Prof. Alberto Toffoletto and the team of ADVANT NTCM as legal advisor for the evaluation of the public voluntary exchange offer launched by Mediobanca on the ordinary shares of Banca Generali.
