Bond Buyback

AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. ("the Company") informs investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the provisions of article 62 of Law 4548/2018 and its Board of Directors decision dated 17/03/2025, it purchased 242 bond securities of the Company's Common Bond Loan ("AEGNB1") which is trading in the category of Fixed Income Securities in the Regulated Market of the Athens Exchange at an average price of 100,00% and for a total transaction value of 243.718,20 EUR on 20/05/2025.

Following aforementioned bond buyback, the Company holds 370 bond securities, representing 0,186% of total issued Common Bond Loan.
