Purchase of own shares for the Share Savings plan

Today 20 May 2025, Bakkafrost has purchased 67,363 Bakkafrost shares to be used

in the Share Savings Plan for employees. The shares were purchased in the market

at a price of NOK 499.6233 per share. After the share purchase and settlement

the Bakkafrost group holds a total of 80,227 shares, whereof Bakkafrost

Processing holds 11,642 shares and Bakkafrost Holding holds 68,585 treasury

shares.
