## **PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTE OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 29, 2025**

**Pero, May 20, 2025** – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of F.I.LA. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("Fila" or the "Company") of April 29, 2025, it is announced that, today, the minute of the shareholders' meeting has been made available to the public.
