# INCREASED SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE PARTIALLY UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE BY PRIMARY INSIDERS AND THEIR CLOSE ASSOCIATES

Oslo, 20 May 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Lokotech Group AS (the "Company"), 7 May 2025, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the partially underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue") and allocation of tradable subscription rights ("Subscription Rights") to primary insiders and their close associates. Each Subscription Right will, subject to applicable law, give the right to subscribe for, and be allocated, one (1) new share ("Offer Share") in the Rights Issue at a subscription price of NOK 0.3334 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"). Over-subscription with Subscription Rights is allowed.  

  

Reference is further made to the stock exchange notification published by the Company on 12 May 2025 regarding, amongst other things, certain subscriptions for Offer Shares in the Rights Issue by primary insiders of the Company and close associates of such primary insiders.  

  

The Company has been informed of the following:  

• Black Monday Holding AS, a company closely associated with the chairman of the board of directors of the Company, Yngve Bolstad Johansen, has increased its initial subscription for Offer Shares from an amount of NOK 500,100, as announced on 12 May 2025, to a subscription of 2,100,000 Offer Shares (which, based on the Subscription Price, equals a total subscription amount of NOK 700,140).  

  

• Henrik Danielsen, board member of the Company, has increased his initial subscription for Offer Shares from an amount of NOK 66,680, as announced on 12 May 2025, to a subscription for 300,000 Offer Shares (which, based on the Subscription Price, equals a total subscription amount of NOK 100,020). In addition, Henrik Danielsen has purchased 150,000 Subscription Rights in the Company.  

  

• Sandstuveien Garasjeanlegg AS, a company closely associated with board member of the Company, Henrik Danielsen, has subscribed for 600,000 Offer Shares, which equals a total subscription amount of NOK 200,040. In addition, Sandstuveien Garasjeanlegg AS has purchased 250,000 Subscription Rights in the Company.
