CORRECTION

The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 28 August 2024 at 07:00 (London time) under RNS No: 8970B.

The announcement has been amended to correct the share volumes purchased by certain PCAs of Terri Duhon previously notified (as summarised below), as well as details in respect of a share purchase by a PCA of Terri Duhon on 27 August 2024, namely the purchase of 1,394 Ordinary Shares by her spouse, Matthew Peacock, that was omitted from the announcement.
