Announcement – Purchase of Own Shares [16.12.2024]

Following the announcement of 2.8.2024, Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. (the "Company") informs the public that, within the framework of the Share Buyback Program which was approved and amended by the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meetings of the Shareholders of the Company of 27.7.2023 and 24.7.2024 respectively and following the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company of 1.8.2024, during the period 9.12.2024 – 13.12.2024 it purchased through the Athens Exchange a total of 1,251,049 own Shares, with an average purchase price of Euro 1.6313 per Share and a total cost of Euro 2,040,800.96.

The purchase of own Shares is broken down as follows:
