Calling of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting
Cagliari, May 16, 2025
The Board of Directors of Tessellis S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Tessellis"), a company with shares listed on Euronext Milan, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., met today and convened the Shareholders' Meeting for June 27, 2025 in a single call for the appointment of the Board of Directors. As already announced to the market, the Board will meet on May 27, 2025 to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31.12.2024 and to integrate the agenda of the Meeting of next June 27, 2025.
The complete notice of call and the documents submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting - including the full text of the proposed resolutions and the illustrative Reports on the agenda items - will be made available within the terms of the law and will be published on the Company's website at www.tessellis.it/en/shareholders-meetings/ with the possibility for Shareholders and those entitled to vote to obtain a copy, as well as at the SDIR e-market storage mechanism.
