J15/80/2011, having the Fiscal Identification Code RO 51 and the European Unique Identifier (EUID): ROONRC.J15/80/2011 (the "Company"), informs investors and interested parties that, following the identification of a technical error regarding the ESEF file related to the Annual Report for the financial year ended on 31.12.2024, published on 29.04.2025, and in light of the F.S.A. Notice no. SI-DG 7369/15.05.2025, the Company has corrected and retransmitted the file in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), in accordance with legal requirements.

The corrected ESEF file was sent to the Financial Supervisory Authority (F.S.A.), uploaded to the SIR platform, and published on the Company's website and the market operator's website on 16.05.2025.
