Authorization of Member of the Company's Senior Management

Lion Capital SA informs investors that, by ASF Authorization no. 54/15.05.2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has authorized Mr Bogdan-Alexandru Drăgoi as a member of the Company's Senior Management, in accordance with Board of Directors Decision no. 2/28.04.2025.

The composition of the Senior Management of Lion Capital SA is as follows: Mr Bogdan-Alexandru Drăgoi – Chief Executive Officer, Mr Laurențiu Riviș – Director, and Mr Florin-Daniel Gavrilă – Director

The ASF authorization is effective as of May 15, 2025, the date it was communicated to Lion Capital SA.

According to the same authorization, within a maximum of 10 days from the registration of the new mandate with the National Trade Register Office (ONRC), Lion Capital SA is required to submit a copy of the registration certificate to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
