Helios Towers plc ("Helios Towers" or the "Company"), the independent telecommunications infrastructure company, today announces that Dana Tobak, CBE, Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Technology Committee, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, with effect from 15 May 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R(3).
