MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari 2025

15 maggio 2025 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che, a seguito del passaggio dal segmento STAR ad Euronext di Borsa Italiana ed il conseguente venir meno della obbligatorietà delle relazioni intermedie di gestione trimestrali, le sedute Cda del 14 maggio e 14 novembre sono annullate mentre la seduta per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno, inizialmente prevista per il 12 settembre viene rinviata al 30 settembre (in linea con le nuove scadenze previste).

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

PRESS RELEASE MONDO TV: Update on 2025 Corporate Events Calendar

May 15, 2025 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announces that, following the transition from the STAR segment to Euronext of the Italian Stock Exchange and the consequent removal of the obligation for quarterly interim management reports, the board meetings scheduled for May 14 and November 14 have been canceled. Additionally, the meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, initially planned for September 12, has been postponed to September 30 (in line with the new deadlines set).

Any further changes to the Corporate Events Calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
