Corporate Calendar Update
Cagliari, May 15, 2025
Tessellis S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Tessellis"), informs that the Board of Directors will meet on May 16, 2025 to deliberate on the call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 27 June, 2025, to appoint the new administrative body; subsequently, the Board of Directors will meet on May 27, 2025 to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31.12.2024 and integrate the agenda of the meeting.
This decision was needed to ensure the completion of discussions with the main financial institutions in order to consolidate the elements underlying the coverage of the Group's financial requirements.
The Tessellis corporate events calendar is therefore amended as follows:
16 May 2025: Board of Directors for calling of the Shareholders' Meeting of June 27, 2025 27 May 2025: Board of Directors for approval of the 2024 financial statements and consolidated financial statements and for integration of the meeting agenda
27 June 2025: Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the 2024 financial statements and examination of the 2024 consolidated financial statements
29 September 2025: Board of Directors for approval of the 2024 Half-Year Financial Report
