Andrews Sykes announces that its Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 is being posted to applicable shareholders today along with notice (the "Notice") of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"). Both documents are also being made available on the Company's website at www.andrews-sykes.com .

The AGM will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at Unit 5, Peninsular Park Road, London, SE7 7TZ. Shareholders are invited to attend in person and should see the Notice for more information.
