PRESS RELEASE
Rome, 14 May, 2025 - The Board of Directors of La SIA S.p.A. ("La SIA" or the "Company"), a company active in the engineering & design sector, whose shares are traded on Euronext Growth Milan, today approved certain unaudited selected information indicative of the Company's business performance for the first quarter of 2025.
Maurizio Ciardi, CEO of La SIA commented, "The results achieved in the first quarter of 2025 are in line with the path of diversification of market segments started last year and confirm the validity of the strategy adopted and the correctness of the growth trajectory of the different lines of business we are pursuing. Financial solidity, continuity in the effective management of the business and established relationships with public and private partners are helping to further strengthen our position as a reference entity in the engineering sector and to project ourselves into the future with momentum and determination."
In the first quarter of 2025, the Company recorded a Value of Production of 3.6 million Euro compared to 3.4 million Euro in the first quarter of 2024.
The NFP at 31 March 2025 is equal to 3.6 million Euro, with an increase compared to 31 December 2024 of approximately 0.8 million Euro mainly linked to the performance of ordinary management in the first quarter.
The backlog as at March 31, 2025 stands at 36.1 million Euro. The growth is in line with the first quarter of 2024, consistently with the further development of the Company's business. Compared to the amount of December 2024 (34.4 million Euro), c. 2.3 million Euro were transformed into revenues, new agreements signed for c. 4 million Euro and new orders finalized for 3.5 million Euro. The hard backlog component is equal to 12.7 million Euro and maintains its contribution to the overall backlog at 35%.

The process of business diversification and expansion into new areas continues in 2025. The customer portfolio is further expanding into new markets favoring the reduction of exposure to individual customers and thus risk. The Revenue component relating to the Civil business line as at March 31, 2025 stands at 53% (compared to 43% in March 2024), that of Utilities & Infrastructures at 12% (compared to 8% in March 2024) and that of Telco is equal to 35% (compared to 49% in March 2024) as per the company strategy of diversification and balance between business lines.
