Bitcoin Group SE: Forecast for the 2024 financial year significantly exceeded
Herford, 14 May 2025 – Bitcoin Group SE (ISIN DE000A1TNV91 ) is expected to exceed its forecast based on initial, unaudited figures for the 2024 financial year. According to preliminary calculations, revenue rose by around 20% year-on-year to EUR 9.3 million (previous year: EUR 7.8 million). Previously, the forecast had assumed that revenue would remain at the same level.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are expected to amount to around EUR 1.7 million (previous year: EUR -1.8 million), which also exceeded the expectation of a slightly positive result. As of 31 December 2024, the number of customers was 1,069,751, almost exactly in line with the forecast of 1,070,000.
The annual report with the consolidated financial statements and the outlook for the current financial year will be published in June 2025.
