Directorate changes

AB Dynamics plc ("AB Dynamics", or the "Company"), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces the following Board changes.

Appointment of non-executive Director

Julie Armstrong will be appointed to the Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 14 May 2025.

Julie is the Chief People Officer of SIG plc, the FTSE 250 supplier of specialist insulation and building products to customers across Europe. Prior to her current position, Julie joined smart energy meter provider Calisen Group in 2020, and was a member of the senior management team throughout its take private the following year. Earlier in her career, Julie held senior HR positions across a range of sectors including telecoms, retail, financial services, aerospace and travel businesses, including Thomas Cook plc and BAE Systems plc.

Julie is a qualified coach through the London School of Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Management.

Committee changes

As the Company disclosed in its Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Richard Hickinbotham has notified the Board of his decision to retire by August 2026. At the time Richard retires, Julie will be appointed as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, succeeding Richard.
