Today, 13 May 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV took place.
All agenda items have been approved by the shareholders. For more details about the voting results per agenda item, please refer to the shareholders' meeting section on the company website.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13 May 2025 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2024, a gross dividend per share of EUR 76.
The ex-dividend date is 15 May 2025. The dividend will be payable as from 19 May 2025 on surrender of coupon n° 37 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
The general meeting has appointed the following Directors:

The auditor Deloitte Bedrijfsrevisoren BV, is appointed as statutory auditor of the annual accounts and the assurance of sustainability information for a period of three years. Mr. Kurt Dehoorne is appointed as representative.
