Patria Bank SA informs investors that, by Decision of the Board of Directors no. 110/12.05.2025 the extension of the mandate of Mr. Razvan Vasile Prodea as Deputy General Manager of Patria Bank SA, Risk Division, member of the Board of Directors, was approved for a period of 2 years, starting from 01.10.2026 and until 01.10.2028, under the conditions and terms provided for in the Companies Law and in the Bank's Articles of Association and in accordance with the Bank's internal procedures and regulations, and other applicable normative acts.
