Pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and Section 5-9 of the Securities Trading Regulation, PauliBet Oy hereby notifies a change in its shareholding in Aker Carbon Capture ASA (ticker: ACC, ISIN: NO0010890304).

On May 12, 2025, PauliBet Oy, together with shares held through Investment Insurance (Nordnet Livsforsikring AS Suomen sivuliike), reduced its holding in Aker Carbon Capture ASA below the 5% threshold. Following this transaction, Pauli Äyräs, through Paulibet Oy and (Nordnet Livsforsikring AS Suomen sivuliike) holds a total of 28,718,822 shares, corresponding to approximately 4.75% of the total outstanding shares in Aker Carbon Capture ASA. The total number of outstanding shares in Aker Carbon Capture ASA is 604,242,218.

The reduction in shareholding resulted from the sale of shares on the open market.
