Changes in the Supervisory Board

We hereby inform you that the Company has received the decision from the Supervisory Board meeting of AD Plastik d.d. held on April 30, 2025, attended by four members of the Supervisory Board. By this decision, Ms. Katija Klepo was elected President of the Supervisory Board, replacing Mr. Ivica Tolić, who will remain a member of the Supervisory Board. The aforementioned meeting of the Supervisory Board was convened by Supervisory Board member Ms. Alina Viktorovna Koretskaya.
