Linda Spahija appointed as new member of the Board of Directors

Valle San Bartolomeo (Alessandria), 13 May 2025 – The Board of Directors of STAR7 (EGM: ticker STAR7) – a company providing an integrated range of product-information services, from product and process engineering support, to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, translation, printing, and virtual experience – announces that Board Member Roberto Manzoni has submitted his resignation, effective immediately, due to professional commitments and personal reasons.

The Board has therefore resolved, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to co-opt Linda Spahija as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Currently CEO and Board Member of LocalEyes, a STAR7 Group company, and Global Service Line Leader of the Global Content Service Line, Linda Spahija brings solid experience in digital services, localisation, and technological innovation.

Born in 1980 in Albania, she graduated with honours in Humanities and Philosophy from the University of Pavia and obtained an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi in 2013. She has held positions of increasing responsibility at LocalEyes, leading its transformation into a multinational organisation focused on scalability, technological efficiency, and a culture of innovation.

Linda Spahija brings to the STAR7 Board an international strategic vision, cross-functional expertise, and an approach focused on operational excellence, inspired by the highest standards of global tech companies.

It should be noted that, as of today, Linda Spahija does not hold any shares in STAR7 or in other Group companies.
