Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs shareholders and investors that the Report of the Board of Directors and the Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as of March 31, 2025 - prepared in accordance with the legal provisions - will be available for consultation, starting on 15.05.2025, at 8:30 a.m., on the company's website, at the address www.infinitycapital.ro/Investor information - Periodic reports and at the headquarters of Infinity Capital Investments S.A. from Craiova, Tufănele street no. 1.

The quarterly report on 31.03.2025 is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (R), Law no. 74/2015, Law no. 243/2019 and the A.S.F. Regulations. no. 5/2018, no. 10/2015, no. 7/2020 and the A.S.F. no. 39/2015.

We state that the Interim Simplified Individual Financial Statements as of March 31, 2025 are not audited by the Company's external financial auditor.
